Uporaba: AROMA US 100 Z se med mešanjem raztopi v hladni vodi. Raztopini se nato doda nitritna sol in po želji začimbe, mešanica namreč že vsebuje začimbe. Končna temperatura razsolice naj bo od 0°C do +4°C (temperaturo reguliramo z dodatkom leda). Tako pripravljeno razsolico dodamo mesu.
