Uporaba: AROMA TK-Klasik se doda ob začetku sekljanja ohlajenega mesa (-4°C). Po nekaj obratih v kutru dodamo začimbe in ostale dodatke, proti koncu obdelave pa še nitritno sol za razsol. Pomembno je, da se AROMA TK-Klasik dobro zmeša z maso.
