The product is a mixture of additives, technological additives, spices and aromas (spice extracts applied to a non-iodized salt as a carrier) for manufacturing meat products - preserved meat and products where phosphate and carrageenan are allowed.

Use: AROMA US 50-Z Injekt dissolves in cold water while stirring. The solution is then added to the nitrite salt and (if desired) spices (the mixture already contains spices). The final temperature of the desalination solution should be from 0°C to + 4°C (the temperature is regulated by adding ice). The meat is injected with the prepared solution and is massaged according to the program.
