Use: The recommended dose for preserving meat is up to 150mg of sodium nitrite/kg of meat mass. In the production of preservative solution, the full content of a 25kg PE bag should be used to ensure the reproducibility of the salt solution composition. We recommend that you thoroughly mix the content of the PE bag before use.
