Use: AROMA US 50 dissolves in cold water. Nitrite salt and spices (if desired) are added to the solution. The final temperature of the desalinated solution should be from 0°C to + 4°C (the temperature is regulated by adding ice). The solution is injected in the meat and massaged according to the program.
