Use: AROMA TK is added at the begining of chopping process of chilled meat (-4°C). After some turns in the cutter add spices and other additives. Add nitrire salt at the end of the process for the desalination. It is important that AROMA TK-Klasik is well mixed into the mass. The prepared mass is IMMEDIATELY filled into the casings.
