Use: Aroma FOS K is used in the production of meat dough of emulsified sausages. Aroma FOS K is added at the beginning of the chopping process. Nitrite salt is added for desalination, an additive for stabilizing color, spices and, if necessary other permitted additives can also be added to the cutter.
Dosage: 0,3-0,5 %
